  Local loan approvals within five business days with minimal paperwork. Builder must have an open and approved trade account with Stock Building Supply.

  The draw process is designed to allow you to pay your trades and suppliers promptly so you can retain quality service and negotiate the best prices. You are not forced to reach certain stages of completion. Each draw is based on what is completed, at the time of inspection. The draw process is FAST, on time, and no charge.
• Competitive Rates
  Our interest rates are competitive, and typically, there are no application, appraisal, survey or inspection fees. The only fee charged is the origination fee, which is paid at maturity, not upfront like most lenders require.
• Minimal Closing Costs
  The only closing costs are those charged by the title company or closing attorney for their service, including title insurance and recording fees.
